Return & Refund Policy 

Our Promise

Every product in our store is made to order, just for you. We work with trusted print-on-demand partners who guarantee the quality of every item — and so do we.

What We Cover

We will issue a free replacement or full refund if your order arrives:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Misprinted or with a significant print quality issue
  • Materially different from what was ordered (wrong item sent)

You do not need to return the item. No return shipping required.

How to Request

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery (45 days for international orders)
  2. Email support@getvibemerch.com with your order number + a clear photo of the issue
  3. We respond within 24 hours and arrange a replacement or refund within 3–5 business days

What We Do Not Cover

Because every product is custom-made at the time of your order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size selected — please check our size guide before ordering
  • Items worn, washed, or used
  • Minor print placement variation up to 0.5 inch (standard POD tolerance)
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, before production begins. Email support@getvibemerch.com immediately.

Refunds

Processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
